These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services, programs, and digital content provided by Rise with Karlie LLC. By purchasing a service, enrolling in a workshop, or accessing our digital community, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Rise with Karlie LLC provides somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and coaching services. These services are provided for personal development and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Participant Responsibility & Health Disclaimer

Your participation in any program or practice offered by Rise with Karlie LLC is voluntary.

  • Physical & Mental Health: You are responsible for your own health and safety. You agree to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any physical or somatic practice if you have any pre-existing conditions.

  • Self-Regulation: You agree to listen to your body, participate at your own pace, and discontinue any activity that causes you pain or discomfort.

  • Liability: You assume all risks associated with your participation. Rise with Karlie LLC is released from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of our programs.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided during workshops, retreats, and within our digital community (including but not limited to recordings, written guides, PDFs, and curriculum) is the exclusive property of Rise with Karlie LLC.

  • Personal Use Only: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial benefit.

  • Prohibited Acts: You may not copy, share, record, distribute, or sell any of the intellectual property provided without prior written consent from Rise with Karlie LLC.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Payments: Access to programs and services is granted upon receipt of full payment.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital offerings, live workshops, and recorded content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a program has commenced or once digital access has been granted.

5. Community Conduct & Confidentiality

To protect the integrity of our community and the safety of our participants:

  • Confidentiality: You agree to treat all personal information, stories, or experiences shared by other participants during live calls or within the community as strictly confidential.

  • Code of Conduct: We strive to maintain a supportive and safe container. Rise with Karlie LLC reserves the right to terminate access to any program or community space, without refund, if a participantā€™s behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to others.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rise with Karlie LLC be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or program in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
