I'MÂ KARLIE
 A somatic-shaking, deeply intuitive, and endlessly empathetic soul.
To many, I’m a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Somatic Practitioner, and Spiritual Life Coach — but those are just titles.
In truth, we are all so much more. We’re beautiful, unique energetic signatures of the universe — each of us a living, breathing expression of source energy. My personal signature is a Gemini Sun, Virgo Rising, and Scorpio Moon, which means I live at the intersection of curiosity, depth, and soulful transformation.
I’m an extroverted introvert with strong “spidey senses.” I love storytelling, teaching, organizing, learning through travel, and uncovering patterns. But I also love journeying deep within — exploring the shadows many run from and finding truth and beauty there.
This is me — an imperfectly perfect piece of the universe, falling more in love each day with the authenticity I continue to uncover.
And it’s my greatest joy to help you uncover and harness your own magic.
MY STORY
Growing up in a mixed cultural household — part Mexican, part American — I often felt caught in the in-between, never fully belonging anywhere.
I muted my neurodivergence and perfectionism took over, drowning my true self beneath an eating disorder as I tried to fit in. My dyslexia, intuition, and deep empathy went unnoticed, and labeling myself a “people pleaser” felt safer than facing the parts of me no one understood.
At seventeen, amidst depression and treatment, I experienced a spiritual awakening — and there was no more hiding. Healing became as necessary as breathing.
By nineteen, I realized I was never meant to fit in — I was meant to create my own space. I began my business as a sanctuary for authentic expression, self-discovery, and heart opening.
Through my travels — meditating in a Buddhist nunnery, living offline in the Sierra Nevadas, and studying Yogic roots in India — I began to uncover who I was beyond societal expectations. Reconnecting with my ancestral lineage and reclaiming my body led me home to my heart — and to my power.
My story is still unfolding, but this is why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same.
